Because we ship same-day all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds and we only exchange if the product is damaged. If the item is damage you can send a photo of the item along with your proof of purchase ( a receipt or order number).

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the processing time. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not refund or exchange. If the item was not yet sent out send us a email at email@example.com and we can process a cancellation and issue a store credit.

Late or missing store credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your store credit yet, first check your account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 6680 Bennett Creek Dr, 223, Jacksonville FL 32216-6190, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
